Ever since our inaugural experimental storytelling project Azrael's Stop went on haitus in June, I've been working on bringing it back. It needed a lot of work and a lot of rethinking, and a lot more planning than I had done originally, but I wasn't done with it -- there was a lot more story I still wanted to tell. Today, I'm announcing that the goal is to relaunch Azrael's Stop on November 1st. There's a lot going into this relaunch that I'm excited about, and hopefully you'll like what you see.
Leading up to this relaunch, I've done a couple of things. First, you'll find the Azrael's Stop page on this site has been updated.
I've also posted a brand-new Prologue to the story, at our new tumblr, azraelsstop.tumblr.com. At this tumblr, we will also be re-posting all of the content from the original run, in an accelerated timeframe, with some edits and perhaps a bit of bonus stuff. If you didn't have a chance to follow Azrael's Stop last spring, now's a great chance to catch up before the full re-launch, at a site that's easier to follow and easier to read than fleeting Twitter updates.
Finally, we'll be running a little contest throughout the month of October leading to the re-launch. You could win an exclusive music download by answering a daily quiz and encouraging other people to check out the project! Details here.
And as always, we'd love to hear your comments.
